This tool quickly and easily puts a wealth of information at the user’s fingertips to ensure specification of the optimum Schneider Electric part to fit their application.

Many of the new and enhanced features of the tool enable users to:

  • Save and load customer profiles
  • Schedule hydronic systems using the Valve Assembly selection feature
  • Schedule damper applications using the Damper Actuator selection feature
  • View, edit, change and adjust schedules
  • Download schedules to Excel or as a pdf or BOM for easy upload to iPortal (or formatted for Schneider Electric’s Studio 360 suite)

The VA, VF, and VS-7000 and -9000 series Linked Globe Valve Assemblies are complete actuator/valve assemblies that accept two position, floating, or proportional control, respectively, from a DDC system or from a thermostat, for control of hot water, chilled water and steam coils. These valve assemblies consist of linked spring return and non-spring return actuators mounted on 1/2" up to 6" (15 mm to 150 mm) 2-way and 3-way globe valve bodies, using a specially designed linkage assembly. 3-way assemblies are available for mixing (1/2" to 6") and diverting (1/2" to 2") applications. This linkage uses a rack and pinion mechanism to translate the rotary motion of the direct-linked actuator into the linear motion necessary to lift or lower the valve stem. F-26752

This communicating device provides remote hydronic adjustment for flow balancing through the building management system. With remote flow balancing and commissioning, the installation and flow balancing time is significantly reduced as well as reducing the need to use ladders to physically access the valve and actuator.
