Privacy Notice for Schneider Electric Exchange 

Schneider Electric Digital, Inc. processes your personal information in the framework of the Schneider Electric Exchange Platform (the Platform) to give you access to online content and services pursuant to a contract with you. We will also process usage information to ensure the security of the Platform as well as to improve it, this is based on our legitimate interest. We will collect your consent when required, and you will have an option to revoke it at any time.

Your information (identity, photo, contact details, professional information, content/communications posted, exchanged or downloaded, T&C acceptance, traffic data) may be shared with other Schneider Electric Affiliates involved in the performance of our data processing purposes and with the organization you represent. If you use the community function of Collaborate, your name, email address and the content and communications you post will be shared with other members of the community in which you participate. This information will be kept as long as you maintain an account and further, as necessary for security purposes, the statute of limitation and to allow us to exercise our rights on content. When you make a purchase on the Platform, personal information is provided to Bluesnap Inc, (including its affiliates which are involved in provision of the payment services, jointly referred to as “Bluesnap”), our payment processing provider. It is necessary to perform our contract. Bluesnap processes your information to process your payment.

Your data privacy and security are important to us. Notice for residents of the EU/EEA: we transfer data to subsidiaries and service providers located outside of the EEA, including in the USA. We ensure that transfers comply with legal requirements, for example, by executing Standard Contractual Clauses, transferring to recipients benefitting from an “adequacy decision” or through our Binding Corporate Rules for intragroup transfers as a data controller.
