Service pack upgrades as mentioned in PIB 03.07.23-1 The PIB details a problem that has been identified with Network Variable Input (NVI) values being passed to MNL50, MNL100, MNL150, MNL200, and MNVx controllers may not fallback to N/A upon loss of communication from a device sending information due to an issue with the Hardware Wizard in WorkPlace Tech 3.2 and WorkPlace Tech 3.2 SP1. Depending on the programming approach in the Work Place Tech application used, this issue may keep HVAC hardware from going to local operation upon loss of communication or power failure of devices sending information to these controllers.
